Job Description

  • Implement all instructions & directives coming from Regional Manager / Asst. Manager and ensure that all staff follows.
  • Follow the instructions from immediate superior; Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Asst. Manager & Regional Manager.
  • Supervise and participate in the daily movement.
  • Always enhance the company image by giving above-standard quality of service to all our valued customers.
  • Must always apply and practice the Service Level Agreement and Meet Greet Standard.
  • To supervise and must check the Service Level Agreement implementation in all areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure submittal of Lounge Daily Reports on time i.e. Daily Store Items Inventory, Equipment Inventory, Chemical Inventory and Shift Handover Report etc. on time to Admin Office.
  • Ensure high quality of food and service for Lounges and Delayed Flight (as applicable).
  • To supervise and render service to Delayed Flight Service whenever it is possible (as applicable).
  • To cover staff shortage whenever it is required and supervise the Waiter, Buffet man and Public Attendant
  • Participate in maximizing profitability of the department and achieve the set target plan.
  • Monitor the lounge store items requisition as required.
  • Monitor and check non-moving goods and report to immediate Superior / Department Head.
  • Always ensure on time Lounge Food Service.
  • Always ensure on time Delayed Flight Service.
  • Must assist Receptionist, Demi Chef de Partie, Concierge, Waiter and Public Attendant whenever it is required.
  • To direct communicate to concern superior whenever it is required.
  • Ensure cleaning / washing of all used equipment’s with proper safekeeping procedure.
  • Must acknowledge all lounge newly ordered equipment’s.
  • Attend morning briefing with the Supervisor together with all lounge staff.
  • To act and perform any other related duties assigned by Regional Manager.
  • To ensure that the Barista Corner is well equipped with the stocks according to SLA
  • To ensure that the Coffee machine is in good condition
  • To ensure that all the Coffee and Teas being served is in high quality standards
  • To encourage staff in helping the department in saving expenses.
  • To monitor the status of all lounge equipment’s and to report any malfunctioning.
  • Ensure monthly inventory and expiration of stock record.
  • Always ensure 100% hygiene results.
  • Promote standard of hygiene, safety and sanitation of the respective areas.
  • Ensure all staff to follow personal hygiene standard.
  • Ensure full compliance of hygiene, quality and temperature control for all food items in line with Quality Assurance.
  • Ensure that all products received from kitchen and main stores are as per the department food menu guide for both lounge & delayed flight.
  • To monitor staff performance, career growth, skills, attitude, work difficulties, strength and weakness evaluation and recommendations within the area of responsibility.
  • To participate in team department building activity, gatherings, party and meeting with all staff.
  • Train subordinates to do their own work well. Analyze their strength and weakness and help to develop them accordingly.
  • To increase staff productivity and raised their moral.
  • To attend necessary training provided by the company whenever it is required.
  • Communicate with subordinates verbally in writing to keep them informed on activities training recommendations.
  • To solve and assist staff in solving their problems both personal and work related.
  • Encourage participation and create effort by maintaining a constructive attitude toward suggestion.
  • Assign work to subordinates in clear terms, check and follow up.
  • Supervise operation by personal observation and analyze or records so that work is performed at minimum cost and with proper standard of quality and speed.
  • Keep self-updated on all developments within the company.
  • Suggest procedures or policy for the improvement to increase the efficiency of all section area.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
  • Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
  • Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
  • Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using SACC information and technical assets only for business purposes.
  • Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in SACC before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
  • Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
