Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of camp facilities and operations.
  • Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain inventory and manage supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality services to camp residents.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for camp activities and events.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise in the camp environment.
