Job Description

  • Attend and manage formal calls and provide accurate and concise information without any delay.
  • Assess the exact requirements of customers and provide appropriate solutions with utmost clarity and conciseness.
  • Explain all the essential details of the organization's products and services to captivate the customer's attention.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by improving the number of connections using pleasant and informative conversations.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing call waiting and offering a delightful telephonic conversation.

Skills

  • Expertise in working as a call center professional in a professional agency or BPO.
  • Efficient in communicating clearly with the caller by following appropriate telephonic etiquette.
  • Adroit multi-tasker with an ability to note important pointers while attending a vital customer call.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good command of effective negotiations with a knack for explaining all the benefits of a product or service.
  • Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements.
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • One year experience in call center
