Job Description

Key Responsibilities: :
  • Operate and manage the CAFM system to track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset management.


  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and help desk operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.


  • Generate and analyze reports from the CAFM system to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.


  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities, schedules, and system data.


  • Support the continuous improvement of maintenance planning and scheduling processes through data-driven insights.


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.


Qualifications and Experience: :
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Solid experience in maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, and help desk operations.


  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in operating a CAFM system.


  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
