Operate and manage the CAFM system to track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset management.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and help desk operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
Generate and analyze reports from the CAFM system to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities, schedules, and system data.
Support the continuous improvement of maintenance planning and scheduling processes through data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, and help desk operations.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in operating a CAFM system.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
