CAFM Administrator

We are partnering with our client, a well-established company, to hire a CAFM Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. You will work closely with facility managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the system and accurate data management.

• Administer the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CAFM system
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors
• Collaborate with facility managers and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide necessary support
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
• Train users on the CAFM system and provide ongoing user support
• Generate reports and analyze data to support facility management decision-making
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in CAFM technology
• Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and integrations
• Adhere to company and industry-specific data security and privacy standards
