Job Description
- Develop and implement compliance and assurance policies, procedures, and programs.
- Monitor and assess the organization’s compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters and best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards, ensuring the organization’s policies are aligned.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
- Manage compliance investigations and respond to regulatory inquiries as needed.
