Job Description

  • Secure orders from local market & suppliers as per request and as directed by the Asst. Manager, Procurement Operations and or Sr. Manager Procurement Operations.
  • Reimburse all their cash & credit invoices for daily purchasing use.
  • All item procured are to be delivered to requesting department and request GRN for confirmation.
  • All stock item secured are to be delivered to store department.
  • Coordinate with requesting department for sample of items required when necessary to avoid wrong delivery.
  • In events of items unavailability inform immediately the requesting department for possible alternative and the same to be reported to Asst. Manager, Procurement Operations for proper update purposes.
  • Handover unsecured request / item to the next shift on duty and report to Asst. Manager, Procurement Operations for proper update purposes.
  • Ensure that all orders are according to the request.
  • Control own petty cash according to the company policy.
  • Prepare & Process Purchase Orders for all purchased items (Cash & Credit)
  • Prepare Expense Specification for all purchased items.
  • Perform other assignment may require from time to time.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance to the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
  • Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
  • Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
  • Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
  • Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
  • Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
  • Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
