responsible for purchasing goods as per received requests. this position
requires extensive research to find trustworthy suppliers with high quality
goods that enable us to provide our standard of services, it also requires the
ability to negotiate with them and ensure that deliveries are on time,
complete, free of damage, as well as keeping track of inventory.are

responsibilities:
- search for and negotiate with suppliers and
manufacturers.
- develop an effective and accurate system for
monitoring purchase orders.
- Adhere to company policy in getting the required
quotations before buying.
- adhere to company policy in raising invoices and
recording deliveries.
- manage inventory, including current stock and new
deliveries.
- ensures the accuracy of purchase orders.
- adjusts travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or
road construction to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- promptly inform the company of any tickets issued
against the company vehicle and report accidents, injuries, and damages -if
any-.
- provide accurate time records of the company
vehicle’s coming and going.
- keep the company vehicle clean and properly
maintained.
Requirements- relevant
experience in a similar position for at least 1-2 years
- high
school diploma
- excellent
English language, Arabic is a plus
- excellent
verbal, writing, and listening skills
- self-motivated
and creative problem-solver
- ability
to work both autonomously and in a team setting
