Job Description

As a Business Solutions Consultant at our management consulting firm, you will play a key role in providing innovative solutions to our clients. With your expertise in business strategy and operations, you will help our clients optimize their processes, drive growth, and achieve their strategic goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice, facilitating workshops, conducting industry research, and developing tailored solutions to address our clients' unique challenges. Your ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations will be crucial to your success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, introducing our services and products to potential clients, proposing technical products in high-quality service  
  • Communicate with the potential leads continuously to expand The Professional's market share. 
  • Maintain a healthy proactive relationship with current and past clients. 
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. 
  • Identify potential clients and opportunities by using various channels such as industry conferences, business events, and cold calling. 
  • Prepare a tendering plan including networking relationships and bidding platforms 
  • Present the technical proposal to clients including status reports, timelines, methodologies meeting agendas and minutes, and risk assessments, etc. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their current infrastructure and identify areas for improvement that could be implemented functionally. 
  • Improve client experience through Handling and solving client problems and complaints.
  • Attend client meetings to understand the client's needs and determine the project scope. 
  • Present the technical proposal to clients including status reports, timelines, methodologies meeting agendas and minutes, and risk assessments, etc. 
  • Send technical, financial, and partnership proposals, and company profiles to possible clients. 
  • Follow up on deal status with clients through tracking offer cycle and conduct visits or calls with the client. 
  • Facilitate discussions, internal and external, on process efficiencies and drive the deal until successful closure 
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with clients to close the deal.
  • Update and monitor CRM metrics and reports including statistics, clients’ orders, and contract rates. 
  • Ensure providing the highest quality of service to clients. 
  • Ensure compliance with The Professionals’ policies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the outbound and tendering section and team. 
  • Enhance communication inside the team and promote a successful teamwork spirit. 
  • Support training for new and current employees in the outbound and tendering section. 
  • Work with finance to prepare the pricing. 
  • Follow up on the NTP status with the financial team. 
  • Communicate with the proposal team about clients’ needs and expectations 
  • Review the draft proposal before sending it to the client. 
  • Request timeline and resource allocation from business resources. 
  • Send the final draft of the technical proposal to the client to set up a meeting. 
  • Communicate with the legal team regarding contract terms, NDA terms, and any other related issues.
