Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in Business Process Management to join our team for a strategic project in Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah. This role involves defining and implementing business process architecture for RUA, aligning with our strategic objectives and organizational purpose. The successful candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional processes and possess a strategic mindset with operational insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and establish the process landscape for RUA, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives.
- Identify, create, and refine holistic cross-functional processes, breaking them down into structured process levels.
- Implement business and process architecture using our predefined models encompassing seven core areas.
- Conduct assessments on process implementation and overall business processes, utilizing established methodologies.
- Lead process workstreams, managing activities and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Perform operational analysis on processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide guidance to other process consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, preferably within the Contracting, Construction, or Hospitality industries.
- Proven ability to think strategically while understanding the nuances of operational processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring other consultants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
