Job Purpose

To work as prime mover in the business that develop the business system and management model as well as activating the governance model that contribute in achieving AED strategy by orchestrating the planning process & activities of developing, monitoring, measuring deviation, aligning concerned parties and reporting the progress of all business plans.




Key Accountability Areas

Strategic and Business Plan


  • Support and contribute developing units strategic plan and annual business plan.
  • Provide needed support to authorize the sales budget, resource planning and financial budget.
  • Ensure the comprehensiveness and consistency of the business plan.
  • Ensure the proper alignment and communication of the business plan across concerned units, functions, and levels.
  • Identify potential synergy among different units and functions.
  • Validate business plan revisions needs and follow applying the required modifications and related implications.
  • Facilitate business plan preparation, reviewing and authorization sessions.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and proper archiving of business plan’s hard and soft copies.
  • Review and develop Business Planning system and related tools.

Strategic Execution Action Plan


  • Ensure the proper cascading of the business plan objectives into clear initiatives across multi levels / functions with identified priority, responsibility and timeline.
  • Support and contribute in setting the relevant performance indicators with challenged targets.
  • Monitor and report the progress of the business plan in terms of timeline and accuracy and highlight deviations.
  • Track the progress and performance of business projects and support in solving related issues or mitigating the risks.

Meeting Management


  • Activate and develop committees’ structure and related charters as apart of governance and management model.
  • Initiate and establish different working groups between correlated parties to control consistent processes and results of particular program or project.
  • Manage and facilitate committees meeting in terms of yearly calendar, invitations, and agenda.
  • Record meeting minutes and present the agreed decision and actions.
  • Upload, publish and archive meetings’ agenda, meeting’s minutes with supported files / documents.
  • Follow up the open tasks taken out from the meetings and report the pending and due actions.
  • Support in developing proper dashboards to report the progress and performance of the units in terms of strategic and operational activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
