Position Overview:
Masterworks is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist with expertise in MicroStrategy to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive our business strategies. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, implement, and manage BI solutions that empower decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - BI Solution Development:
- Lead the development and deployment of BI dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored metrics and visualizations that align with business objectives.
- Data Analytics and Insights:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Build robust data models to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating requirements into actionable BI solutions.
- Train and support stakeholders in using BI tools effectively.
- System Optimization and Maintenance:
- Monitor the performance of MicroStrategy applications and implement optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the reliability of BI systems.
- Data Governance and Compliance:
- Enforce data governance standards and ensure the security of sensitive information.
- Implement access controls and security protocols within the MicroStrategy environment.
Qualifications: - Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven expertise in MicroStrategy, including architecture, development, and administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
