Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking seasoned Business Development Specialists to contribute their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients across the MENA region.


Job Context:Business Development professionals are the driving force behind our client acquisition, leveraging their expertise to cultivate and expand our customer base.


Key Accountabilities
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research and lead generation.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to attract and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Building a robust pipeline of potential clients and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design retention plans and participate in the pulse surveys with the marketing team.
  • Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions to address their HR and recruitment challenges.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Assist in creating detailed proposals & tenders that showcase Rawaj-HCM's value proposition and unique offerings.
  • Negotiating terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance Rawaj-HCM's competitiveness in the market.
  • Working closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicating client feedback and requirements to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • 2-5 Years of relevant experience.
  • A proper experience Working within the HR Services industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
