Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Identify potential clients within the business sector, and build long-term strategic relationships with companies and organizations.
- Consultative Selling: Offer professional advice to clients on how to maximize the benefits of our online banking services for their financial operations.
- Business Development: Explore new market opportunities, identify changing client needs, and provide appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Negotiating Deals: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with corporate clients and successfully close deals.
- Client Follow-up: Ensure continuous engagement with existing clients, providing ongoing support to maintain long-term relationships.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management regarding sales targets and challenges faced by the team.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns targeting different sectors and increase awareness of the service.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze the market and competitors to offer innovative solutions that align with current market needs.
