Job Description

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and potential business prospects within Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Actively generate new leads through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, attending industry events, utilizing social media platforms, and leveraging personal and professional networks.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients in various sectors such as [specify relevant sectors, e.g., construction, healthcare, energy, technology, etc.].
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Assist in developing and executing targeted business development strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue growth. Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing:
    Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align on business development goals, ensure the successful delivery of solutions, and optimize client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring follow-up on leads, tracking opportunities in CRM, and providing accurate reporting on progress and forecasts.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement:
    Represent the company at local and regional business events, conferences, and seminars, strengthening the company’s visibility and credibility in Saudi Arabia.
  • Customer Retention:
    Foster strong client relationships post-sale by ensuring client needs are met and assisting with product/service adaptation, thereby ensuring repeat business and high client retention rates.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Regularly report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of business strategies.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
    1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market. Experience in [industry sector] is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
