Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team at a leading Recruitment Agency in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts to win new business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Previous working with suppliers such as register with them and follow up regarding the registration process.


  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and close deals
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
