We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team at a leading Recruitment Agency in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts to win new business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Previous working with suppliers such as register with them and follow up regarding the registration process.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and close deals
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
