Job Description

Candidate must have at least 7 Years of experience in Recruitment or Manpower providing recruitment agency

and

5+ Years of experience should be in Saudi Arabia Recruitment or Manpower providing recruitment agency

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities.


Skills


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in recruitment and outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and outsourcing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
