Roles & Responsibilities
Must have MANPOWER CONTRACTING BUSINESS / SALES EXPERIENCE IN KSA.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the manpower supply industry, identifying key markets and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the manpower supply sector, adapting strategies accordingly.
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties while managing risks effectively.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client needs and ensure the supply of qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Understanding contracts and good knowledge of Manpower cost and Operations cost.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the manpower supply or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with quantitative evidence of success.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations specific to the manpower supply industry to ensure compliance.
Fluency in Arabic and English and proficiency in additional languages is preferred to engage with a wider client base.
Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities, able to inspire and drive a team towards achieving shared goals.
