Job Overview
We are currently looking for a professional to assume the role of Business Development Manager for Cisco Services. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Representing the owner of Cisco Services business across Saudi Arabia.
- Aiming to achieve the budgeted sales volumes and revenues of the company on the country’s level as well the vendor’s sales targets.
- Managing the relationship with the Vendor for the initiatives of the Services business.
- Liaising with the Cisco Central Team Services Manager and the Cisco Business Unit Country Manager to ensure that the quarterly sales targets are met and ensure business development is executed.
- Managing and growing the business relationship with active Partners and enabling/ training new Partners in Cisco Services business, Cisco Partner tools etc.
- Evaluating and analysing channel sales data and developing a plan of attack by profiling and selecting the right regional channel partners to position Cisco Services.
- Owning and managing the Cisco Recurring Revenue business deriving from Cisco Services, Software and License renewals.
- Identifying target markets, developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies around the initiatives of Services business in collaboration with Cisco.
- Attending and leading Cisco and Logicom partner events and initiatives.
- Presenting Cisco’s and Internal QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and the sales results, justifying any deviations from the plans, planning the action required to reduce the gaps.
- Training and supporting the Logicom Cisco Sales Team on new tools, materials and updates from Cisco.
- Analysing and reporting quarter and annual business results by monitoring specific performance KPIs.
- Collaborating with the marketing Team to produce required material to support their mission (presentations, leaflets, documentation) and ensure the Cisco regional marketing funds are fully utilized and all activities are executed.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent (preferably in Sales or Marketing, technical background is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing within a distribution channel (Sales experience in the IT industry will be considered an advantage).
- A Cisco certification and/ or Specialization will be considered an advantage.
- A good knowledge on Cisco Services, Cisco Software and Cisco Architectures Business will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
- MS Windows applications literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Previous experience in Cisco CCW/ CCW-R & PXP Tools and Cisco Services Quoting is an advantage.
- Able to work on flexible working hours.
- Able to travel.
- Willingness to work on a flexible working schedule when required.
- Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in sales.
- Team oriented and enjoys dealing with people on all levels.
- Able to build strong trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Problem solving skills.
