Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the B2B catering sector. The role focuses on building strong relationships with potential clients, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth. The BDM works closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and expand the company’s market presence.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field required.

• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

• Additional certifications in business development, sales, or marketing are beneficial.


Knowledge:


• Deep understanding of the B2B catering market, including key players, industry trends, and client needs.

• Knowledge of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue management.

• Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of the catering business.
