Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the catering sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the catering industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the catering industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contract agreements.
  • Networking & Events:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our catering services.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
