B2B Commercial Manager – Home Furnishings
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 15,000 – 20,000 per month + Commission Scheme

Overview
As B2B Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in revitalising and expanding the employers B2B operations, focusing on hospitality, government, and residential projects. With a strong pipeline of prestigious clients, including leading hotels, this role requires a tenacious individual who can identify opportunities, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to the buying and merchandising teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B opportunities across key sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Pitch Aura’s unique value proposition, highlighting its modern, Arabic-inspired designs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring smooth handover of orders for fulfilment.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, identify gaps, and develop strategies to strengthen Aura’s B2B position.
- Provide insights on pricing, competitor activity, and client preferences to optimise sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven B2B sales experience within home furnishings, interiors, or related industries.
- Demonstrable track record of securing high-value B2B deals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong industry connections and the ability to leverage relevant networks for sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the home furnishings market, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Tenacious, results-driven, and commercially minded with a hunger for success.
