Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager to join our client's team. This role involves identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the transition from business development to successful service delivery. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional results for our clients and recruitment teams.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients within the engineering sector, focusing on the Energy industry. Build and maintain relationships with clients and qualify business opportunities. Lead strategic business development activities and support sales pitches and tender responses. Train and guide recruitment teams to enhance lead generation and develop BD behaviors. Support recruitment teams in transitioning relationships to successful service delivery or account management. Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to grow the brand. Assist with business development initiatives into new clients and geographies. Proactively travel to meet with clients and build relationships.
Qualifications
6+ years in
business development within sales or recruitment.
Strong
knowledge of the engineering sector, preferably within
Energy.
Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and sell contractual solutions.
Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal. Skilled at communicating with executives and building long-term client relationships. Comfortable working collaboratively across departments to align strategies.
Proactive and willing to travel regularly to meet with clients. Strong track record of success in business development with a consultative, detail-oriented approach.
