Lead the coordination of organizational resources necessary to complete sales. Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources through personal contact and presentations. Qualify prospects based on practice guidelines and generate additional revenue opportunities by leveraging Marsh products and services. Transition qualified prospects to client executives and support the implementation of new business deals.What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2-5 years of sales experience in insurance is preferred, financial services, or B2B solutions. Proven business development and negotiation skills with a track record of originating new business. Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to self-start and manage multiple priorities effectively.What makes you stand out: Knowledge of the Saudi insurance market and experience in insurance and marketing. Strong active listening and follow-up skills.
