- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product and the client base.
- Create and implement strategic plans to expand Webook footprint.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Develop and sustain relationships with clients (organizational level) & partners.
- Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective growth strategies to meet and exceed department set KPIs
- Analyze growth and sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive user and client acquisition and engagement.
- Align business development initiatives with overall company goal and product roadmap.
- Provide weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the business development specialists and interns.
- Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
