As the Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting transformation. Your core purpose is to champion our mission by meeting and exceeding sales targets, focusing solely on the selling process from lead generation to deal closure. You'll introduce our game-changing remarketing solutions and digital toolkit to fleet operators, dealerships, and motor retail businesses across KSA.


We seek a dynamic individual who shares our passion for creating transparency and insight in the automotive industry. You'll be instrumental in helping our clients achieve higher returns, reduce disposal times, and revolutionise their inventory sourcing and procurement processes. Your role is pivotal in expanding our influence as trusted valuation and disposal partners, bringing audibility and data-driven decision-making to our client's operations.


This is a consultative sales position where you'll work closely with clients to understand their processes and identify where our software solutions can best integrate with their existing systems to deliver maximum value. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the automotive industry, up-to-date product knowledge, excellent lead follow-up skills, and a high closing ratio. You'll maintain a professional image and be driven to meet targets, embodying our commitment to innovation and excellence. Upon successful sale completion, you'll hand over clients to our account management team, ensuring a seamless transition and continued client satisfaction.

Key Deliverables and Outputs:


  • Achieve agreed sales targets for various products we offer (Minimum as per KPI).
  • Engage in a consultative sales approach, working closely with clients to assess their needs and determine how our software can benefit them, including integration into their existing systems.
  • Build positive relationships with existing and potential customers, creating interest in our products and services.
  • Negotiate sales, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Conduct sales calls, generate leads, and follow up on prospects to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain effective oral and written communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Create and maintain professional working relationships within the industry.
  • Protect the company against risk.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
  • Maintain high standards in following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and maintain a strong network across the industry (Distributors, OEMs, Dealers, Fleet, Rental, Leasing), specifically focusing on KSA.

Academic Qualifications

Work Experience


Essential:


  • KSA Citizen
  • Proven experience in automotive industry sales.
  • Experience in selling, building, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Intimate knowledge of the KSA motor industry.

Preferred:


  • Experience in tech solution sales.

Knowledge and Skills


Essential:


  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly acquire it.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent direct selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Persuasive communication style.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good pipeline management skills.
