We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Business Development Manager. In this position you will play a crucial role to support our vision of becoming a Great place to work for all.
General Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term financial goals.
  • Manage research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings, and prepares information for decision-making.
  • Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the contract negotiation process. Prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms.
  • Developing the proposal with solution design graphics to enhance the proposed solution with the operating model, resource models, operating cost estimates, recommended selling price, the estimated value for the client.
  • Review the portfolio sales performance and prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs, and sales reviews.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing business development team to meet objectives.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in/focus on Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant education.
  • Experience in international business and minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, transportation, and broader supply chain topics.
  • Local Logistics Market & Competitor Knowledge.
  • Solution design capabilities are essential for this role.
  • A proven track record in new business development and account management position
  • Deep understanding of business principles and language, including knowledge of finance and profitability.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed organizational ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Great analytical/critical thinking skills.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments and 3rd parties with conflicting objectives.
