We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in the Interior fit out Industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, including hotel operators, developers, and contractors, to drive business growth. This role involves lead generation, strategic sales, client presentations, tender management, and follow-ups to secure projects for our interior fit-out company.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify and develop relationships with hotel operators, developers, and contractors to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to create a pipeline of leads.
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
• Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial business partnerships.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and tenders for interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and project management) to create competitive and compelling proposals.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up on tenders and RFPs.
Follow-ups & Project Coordination:
• Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending negotiations to ensure deal closures.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to facilitate project acquisition and execution.
• Ensure seamless handover of confirmed projects to the operations and project management teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out, construction, or hospitality sectors.
