Job Description

Key Accountabilities 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the real estate marketing sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Overseeing and managing the real estate auction processes.
  • Having HR expertise to support the recruitment and onboarding of the employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer service satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties and auction events.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Analyze the data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the real estate marketing industry, with at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Proven experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Expertise in managing real estate auctions and knowledge of relevant legal and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
