Compass Group USA is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving the company's business growth. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to market research, potential customer identification, business negotiations, and contract signing.
Education: Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management or related majors preferred.
Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of business development or sales related work experience, with experience in food service or facility management industry preferred.
