It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality delivery and improvement of AlGooru’s programs through on-site school visits and QA activities.
- Foster strong, responsive relationships with parents, addressing queries and concerns both in person and through communication channels.
- Support revenue growth through effective client renewal processes and identifying potential leads for new collaborations.
A Day In Your Life:
- Conduct regular on-ground QA checks at partner schools, ensuring AlGooru’s programs meet quality standards.
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and calls from parents, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Be present at schools to interact with parents, answering questions and addressing their concerns about AlGooru’s programs.
- Make payment collection calls for renewing clients, following up effectively to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in sourcing and developing leads for potential new collaborations and partnerships.
