1. Prepare EOI, qualification documents, and company presentations.
2. Register and manage the portals of major clients.
3. Prepare RFP documents for suppliers/subcontractors and follow up on inquiries.
4. Compare and analyze quotations and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Assist in the preparation and submission of bidding documents.
6. Handle post-tender activities, including preparing responses to clarifications and attending post-bid meetings.
7. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in tendering or marketing.
3. Hard-working with a strong team-oriented mindset.
4. Based on the KSA.
5. Proficient in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
