### Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Learning and Development department. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, with a proven track record in business development and a passion for advancing learning initiatives.


### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Learning and Development department's reach and impact.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored learning and development solutions.

- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business plans to senior management.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.


### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the learning and development or IT sector.

- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
