Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, well-connected Sales and Business Development professional to join our media production agency in Riyadh. In this role, you will focus on driving sales growth by leveraging your industry connections and expertise in selling marketing services to high-profile clients. Success means achieving sales targets, expanding our client base, and ensuring client satisfaction with our creative offerings. This role is crucial for Etegah’s growth as it strengthens our market presence in KSA.

Experience in marketing/media production/publishing industry is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network in KSA to drive revenue growth in media production and marketing services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across industries, tailoring our offerings to meet client needs.
  • Craft and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches, demonstrating our agency’s value and creativity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Actively monitor market trends to position Etegah competitively and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of sales and business development experience within media production or marketing agencies, with a proven track record in KSA.
  • Connections: Strong network in the industry and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge: Solid grasp of media production and marketing services, with an understanding of client needs and competitive dynamics in KSA.
