Business Development Director (Media Production)

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives for a prominent Riyadh-based media production house. As a key leader, the Business Development Director will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and driving the company’s market expansion and sustained success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Leadership•   Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.•   Identify and prioritize target markets, clients, and services to drive growth.•   Collaborate with senior leadership to expand the agency’s client base and market presence.Proposal Development & RFP Management•   Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs to secure high-value projects.•   Analyze client requirements and craft tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.•   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive responses to RFPs.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management•   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and government stakeholders.•   Oversee the pitch process, from concept creation to proposal delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs.•   Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification•   Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.•   Position the agency as an industry leader in production through strategic initiatives.•   Explore and establish partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations.Revenue Growth & Target Achievement•   Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.•   Develop pricing strategies and contracts that balance client needs and profitability.•   Monitor performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure consistent growth and success.
