This role is critical for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and spearheading innovation across the FM landscape. We are looking for a seasoned professional who excels in achieving business growth, leadership, client relationship management, and business strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Set clear and achievable revenue goals, driving market expansion and competitive advantage.
- Lead innovative lead generation initiatives and conduct in-depth market analysis to capitalize on opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a healthy and active sales pipeline.
- Oversee the management of RFP submissions, ensuring deadlines are met and proposals reflect the companys value proposition.
- Actively engage with both new and existing clients to secure partnerships and enhance retention.
- Strengthen the brands positioning within the FM industry through targeted marketing strategies.
- Leverage digital platforms, including LinkedIn and the company website, to enhance visibility and brand presence.
- Lead initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns that align with the companys growth objectives.
- Implement advanced CRM systems and cutting-edge technologies to enhance client engagement and streamline project acquisition.
- Continuously explore and integrate digital tools to support business development and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Oversee the execution of tasks and ensure the quality of work meets the companys high standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Business Development in the Facility Management sector.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing market expansion strategies, and leading teams.
- Strong proficiency in digital platforms and CRM systems to support business objectives.
