Job Description
  • Organizing and coordinating PT product and application trainings, construction and factory visits
  • Independent planning, coordination and implementation of product trainings for AV's team and KUM dealers' team
  • Delivering training support for Bosch PT's internal sales and marketing teams, including new hire training, sales product training, and product launch training
  • Arrange and conduct on-site training when needed
  • Create and maintain the annual training calendar for AV's sales support team
  • Conceptualize and coordinate training documentation in local languages
  • Responsible for the local training facility and trainings conducted there
  • Provide application support in KSA, Specialist contact person for the KSA
  • Supporting sales and product management with field related topics, such as product training, product comparisons, and competitor
  • awareness
  • Creation of digital training content according to the corporate strategy and style guide
  • Proofreading local marketing material Producing supporting materials, including video and audio content, assessments, help text, and FAQ's that help deliver a cohesive, consistent, and high-quality learning experience

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, group presentation and teaching skills in front of a larger audience to clearly articulate in a variety of ways to deliver key learnings
  • Strongly committed to meeting the needs of external and internal customers by providing high quality, timely and thorough training solutions tailored to their needs
  • Multi-year experience in the field of training or technical consultation
  • Exceptional motivational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Display organized, innovative thinking to strategically solve problems with the ability to perform effectively as member of a team
  • Arabic is a must and Good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Learning new concepts, technology, and determining how to explain it to others
