On behalf of our client, we are looking for Business Developer Director to join their company.

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to drive revenue growth, cultivate relationships, and lead strategic initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, the Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the company’s market expansion and long-term success.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, clients, and services for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and implement plans for expanding the agency’s client base.
  • Lead the identification, preparation, and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) to secure high-value projects.
  • Analyze client needs and develop customized proposals, pitches, and presentations that align with expertise.
  • Ensure timely and competitive responses to RFPs, coordinating input from relevant departments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, brands, and government entities.
  • Lead the pitch process, from concept development to proposal delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging industries, and competitive landscapes.
  • Leverage insights to position as a leader in production.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with complementary businesses and entities.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets by identifying and closing new business deals.
  • Develop pricing models and contracts that align with client needs and agency profitability goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals. 
  • Experience in using RFP systems such as Etimad, Oracle & SAP portals. 
  • Proven experience in applying to governmental tenders and direct purchase contracts. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Relationship building and negotiation skills. 
  • Understanding of the marketing and media industry
  • A proven track record of successful signing with clients/ agencies.
  • A Well-connected candidate
  • Experienced of 4-5 or more years of experience as BD Manager
