Develop Business Continuity Management (BCM) recovery strategies and policies, methodologies, practices, training documentation and material. The same should be approved as per NWC protocols.
Provide expertise and advice on specific BCM information and practices to the business teams.
Monitor and report internal and external emerging and actual BCM threats to business management.
Collate and analyse data for the purpose of producing targeted NWC-wide BCM reporting.
Communicate all BCM results (BIA, RA, BCP, DRP, test and exercise) to the Executive Crisis Committee (ECC) for review and approval.
Support all business groups to implement their specific Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements.
Measuring the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program and providing recommendations for repeated improvements.
BCD is responsible for the overall delivery of the BCM Program.
