The Business Architect is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing the business structure, with a particular focus on the customer journey, services, and procedures. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are efficient, customer-centric, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Journey Analysis:
- Map and analyze the entire customer journey to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives.
Service and Procedure Analysis:
- Review and analyze existing services and operational procedures to assess their effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving service delivery.
- Work with relevant departments to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Business Structure Optimization:
- Analyze the current business structure and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and document new business processes and structures that support the organization’s goals.
- Ensure that all business processes are scalable and adaptable to future needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure business processes are well-integrated and supported by the necessary technology.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports on findings, recommendations, and the impact of implemented changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all business processes, structures, and changes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and service analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and software.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
