Job Description

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
Project Duration: 22-24 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
 

The Business Architect is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing the business structure, with a particular focus on the customer journey, services, and procedures. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are efficient, customer-centric, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Journey Analysis:


    • Map and analyze the entire customer journey to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with customer experience teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives.
  • Service and Procedure Analysis:


    • Review and analyze existing services and operational procedures to assess their effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving service delivery.
    • Work with relevant departments to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Business Structure Optimization:


    • Analyze the current business structure and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Design and document new business processes and structures that support the organization’s goals.
    • Ensure that all business processes are scalable and adaptable to future needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    • Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure business processes are well-integrated and supported by the necessary technology.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Documentation:


    • Prepare detailed reports on findings, recommendations, and the impact of implemented changes.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all business processes, structures, and changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and service analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools and software.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
