We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in the integration and optimization of supply chain finance solutions within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of systems and the improvement of banking processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
    Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units and banking operations, to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for supply chain finance systems and services.
  • System Integration & Process Mapping:
    Identify and define the touchpoints between the bank’s existing systems (e.g., core banking systems, treasury management systems) and the new supply chain finance solutions. Ensure smooth data flow, operational alignment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Process Optimization & Innovation:
    Analyze current banking processes related to supply chain finance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
    Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Testing & Validation:
    Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the performance and functionality of supply chain finance systems, ensuring that they meet business and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, with a focus on supply chain finance, trade finance, or related financial products.
  • Solid experience in financial systems integration, process optimization, and system implementation, particularly within banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record in gathering business requirements, mapping out processes, and recommending improvements in a complex financial services environment.
  • Experience working with core banking systems, trade finance platforms, or treasury management systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of supply chain finance processes and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and manage relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, JIRA) and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in banking, particularly those related to trade finance and supply chain finance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced banking environment.
