BA/Product Owner (Arabic Speaker - Digital Experience)
As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining, refining, and delivering digital products that drive business success. You will act as the bridge between clients, UX/UI designers, developers, and strategists, ensuring clarity in requirements and execution. Your role will involve owning product requirements, managing client relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to shape exceptional digital experiences, including enterprise-scale websites, eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, and service portals.
You will be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, prioritizing features, creating clear and actionable Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and guiding the development team throughout the Agile lifecycle. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their vision, and translate it into tangible product requirements will be critical to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering feedback, conducting reviews, and ensuring business objectives are met.
- Define and refine business and functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness for developers to implement efficiently.
- Own and create detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) that translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to refine user experience and interface requirements, ensuring a seamless and intuitive digital experience.
- Collaborate with developers, strategists, project managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prioritize product features and user stories based on business impact and technical feasibility within an Agile (sprint-based) framework.
- Manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Jira/Confluence, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Conduct client workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, provide updates, and ensure successful product adoption.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, ensuring products meet business expectations before final delivery.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and constraints, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with project objectives.
Who You Are:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of business objectives and digital transformation strategies.
- Ability to translate client needs into clear product requirements, ensuring a shared understanding between business and technical teams.
- Adept at facilitating requirement gathering sessions and design reviews.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital product development.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital design processes, and their impact on business success.
- Experience working on digital initiatives such as eCommerce, content management systems (CMS), or customer portals.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as CMS, CRM, ERP, PIM (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce preferred).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Miro & Confluence
