Overview: As a fresh graduate Business Systems Analyst, you will help the bank improve its systems and processes by analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Management Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field who are looking to start their career in the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new IT systems and software that support banking operations.
- Work closely with management and technical teams to align business and IT goals.
- Test and monitor new systems to ensure they meet business needs and performance expectations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on system functionality, improvements, and risks.
