Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
The BA collaborates with cross-functional teams, gathers and documents requirements, and supports the implementation of solutions to enhance business performance.
Job Description (detailed): Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Develop functional specifications, workflows, and business process models. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
Assist in project management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Technical Skills



Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Preferred Certifications: • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) • Agile Business Analyst (IIBA-AAC)
