Candidate profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in conducting technical and business analysis, including: Business process modelling, Solution design,Providing technical insights and issue resolution
Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Excel, BPMN, and UML
Familiarity with requirements specification techniques (Use Cases, User Stories)
Strong knowledge of telecom industry standards (BSS – Business Support Systems, OSS – Operations/Operational Support Systems)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively seek solutions
Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving approach
Your Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to understand business needs and priorities
Collaborate with developers and designers to develop and implement creative solutions
Ensure quality by verifying results and collecting customer feedback for continuous improvement
Prepare, review, and enhance documentation to maintain high-quality project records
Improve analytical templates, document lessons learned, and contribute to process enhancements
