Technical Skills
• Proficiency in creating process maps and diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Knowledge of using Confluence for collaboration and documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and issue management.
• Expertise in using tools to create process flows and improve business processes.
