Supervise and guide the Inspection team with the expertise in the field of automobile especially buses and passenger vehicles of the company & suppliers, and to certify and ensure it is safe to operate prior to injecting into the operations.
An experienced Automobile Inspector lead who is specialized in buses and coaches to oversee the inspection and maintenance activities of mechanical & Electrical systems of bus fleet. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical expertise in diagnosing, evaluating, and ensuring the Mechanical & Electrical integrity of buses, ensuring they operate efficiently and road worthy.
Possess working knowledge of Transport quality assurance.
Proven experience of minimum (5 years) as an auto mechanic with a focus on buses or heavy vehicles, with additional experience in inspection or quality assurance, ideally in a lead /supervisory capacity.
In-depth knowledge of bus mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and inspection techniques.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate inspection activities.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics related to bus mechanical systems.
