Job Title: Building Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and safety of buildings.
- Manage building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor building expenses and prepare budget forecasts.
- Address tenant or occupant concerns and ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, and facility management teams.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in facility management, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in building management software and project planning tools.
