Job Description

As an Art Director, You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of discovering what makes our clients “click”. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive Brand Identities and art that stimulate targeted audiences.


Key Responsibilities: 


1. Visual Identity: Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity for the brand, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and style guidelines.


2. Creative Direction: Providing creative direction for all brand-related projects, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and messaging.


3. Understand the Brand Strategy: brand archetypes and brand personality


4. Artistic Direction: Providing artistic direction and feedback to creative teams to achieve the desired brand aesthetic.


5. Concept Development: Creating and refining concepts for branding campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials.


6. Brand Guidelines: Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure that all materials adhere to the brand's design standards.


7. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and conducting market research to inform design decisions.


8. Analyze Brand History: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.


9. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and consistency of design work across all brand materials.


10. Tasks Management: Organize and prioritize between your handled tasks.


11. Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, advertising, and product teams to ensure the brand's visual representation is consistent across all touchpoints.


12. User Experience (UX): Ensuring that the brand's design elements enhance the user experience, especially in digital interfaces.


13. Follow Project Deadlines:  time allocation and ensure a daily timesheet submission


14. Brand Evolution: Continuously evolving and adapting the brand's visual identity to stay relevant and appealing to the target audience.


15. Presentation: Effectively presenting design concepts to the team, stakeholders and clients.
