Marketing Manager in PAUSEAWAY, you will be leading our marketing activities
and introducing our current and future vision to the hospitality market and to
our guests. our Brand Marketing Manager will be a core part of a team who are
responsible for driving the commercial performance of our brand across
different Marketing channels. our aim is to create a strong community around
the brand and to develop a marketing strategy that represents our main value

responsibilities:
- develops and executes strategies and tactics to deliver the message about our brand and the related properties
- develops annual digital marketing plan to maximize our revenue production and identify digital marketing opportunities on third party and local partner sites
- develops and implements social strategy across different platforms
- partners with Growth team to develop and execute promotional strategies
- builds, supports and supervises the process of lead generation efforts
- manages internal and external partners to verify deliverables are executed to support our brand strategies
- manages photography distribution including search photos, pre-arrival photos, and photo gallery management
- creates landing pages and Discovery Pages to enhance content
- manages paid media budget and strategy
- assists in reviewing social media content calendars and collecting local area and property events
- runs, reviews, analyzes and clearly articulates reports and adjusts strategy accordingly
- measures and communicates success of campaigns and digital performance using relevant reports tools
- provides regular tracking/ROI and analysis of promotions and website/email campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation, and uses this knowledge in future planning
- tracks return on investment (ROI) of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising
- demonstrates the ability to create and maintain strong relationships and negotiation skills with key internal and external partners/stakeholders (e.g. GMs, Sales and Growth Leaders, local teams and media representatives)
Requirements- excellent marketing and communication skills
- relevant experience in similar position for at least 5 years
- previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry OR with
the luxury lifestyle brands is preferred
- demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing
strategies
- excellent verbal, writing, listening and presentation skills
- willingness to travel across different properties
- self-motivated and creative problem-solver
- ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
